Privacy Policy
Swayft | Effective 15 October 2026
This policy covers the private tool "Mimestream Gmail" (the "App"), which Swayft uses to search, draft, send and schedule email in its own Google accounts. The App is not offered to the public.
What the App accesses
With the owner's permission, the App connects to Google accounts owned and operated by Swayft through the Gmail API. It can read and search messages, create drafts, send messages, and manage labels.
How the data is used
The App uses this access only to help Swayft manage its own business email, for example checking whether a brand was already contacted and sending or scheduling outreach. The App does not use Google user data for advertising and does not sell it.
Where the data is stored
The App runs on Swayft's own computer. Login tokens are stored only in a private folder on that computer. The App has no server and does not upload email to any Swayft server or database.
Sharing
Swayft does not sell or share Google user data with third parties. When a Swayft team member uses the App through an AI assistant such as Claude, the email content that the App returns is processed by that assistant under its provider's terms, solely to carry out the user's request. No person at Swayft reads mail other than the account owner.
Google API Services User Data Policy
The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Login tokens stay on the computer until they are removed. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and deleting the App's local folder removes all stored tokens.
